I will be working abroad for a couple of months and am looking to sublet my apartment during that period. Dates are flexible and can be discussed and agreed before the rental starts. This is a bright, fully furnished apartment in Søylegården, one of Torshov's characteristic courtyard buildings. The apartment is calm and quiet, with access to a large, peaceful garden and seating areas in the courtyard, a family-friendly spot to relax after work or on the weekend.

- Kitchen fully equipped with fridge, dishwasher, oven and extractor hood
- Wardrobe in the bedroom
- Wood-burning stove in the living room for cosy heating in the winter
- Shared laundry room in the building with a washing machine and tumble dryer

- Electricity, electric heating and hot water not included
- Storage room not included
- Non-smoking apartment, no pets

Location
- A neighbourhood bakery on the corner, a few minutes' walk from Torshov Park, cafés and local bars
- Metro, tram and bus stops right outside the door
- BI Norwegian Business School is a 5-minute bike ride away, and the University of Oslo and OsloMet are an easy bike ride from here

Terms
- Rent 17,000 NOK per month
- Electricity (including heating and hot water) is billed separately, by invoice, based on the apartment's own meter
- Deposit two months' rent (34,000 NOK), paid into a blocked deposit account
- The building's house rules apply and will be part of the rental agreement
