<p>We are finding a new roommate renting out a private bedroom ( 8250 kr/month) in a spacious and well-located shared apartment. The flat has a large living room, kitchen, 1.5 bathrooms (the half-bathroom is mainly used by the tenant), and balcony. Internet, floor heating and water are included electricity is paid separately. The room can come as furnished with a price or unfurnished. A cute new matcha shop just opened downstairs, and the area is full of restaurants, cafés and grocery stores—super convenient for daily life.</p><p></p><p><strong>?
